    Sammanfattning : The chief aim of my thesis is to study and analyse how the multiculturalism of schools is reflected in research and reports in Sweden and in the way in which teachers talk about multicultural issues at school. With weak historical legacy of statehood, deteriorating economy and serious national divisions, the young state lacked many of the prerequisites deemed necessary for successful democratization.     Sammanfattning : Current gender norms predominantly construct gender as an expression of binary sex categories that are different but complementary. A performative view of gender instead analyses gender as an emergent feature of social interactions that is created by the constant repetition of acts in relation to discourses of gender. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Homing endonucleases are rare-cutting enzymes that cleave DNA at a site near their own location, preferentially in alleles lacking the homing endonuclease gene (HEG). By cleaving HEG-less alleles the homing endonuclease can mediate the transfer of its own gene to the cleaved site via a process called homing, involving double strand break repair. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Group based antenatal care (GBAC) is a model of antenatal care that has been implemented in Sweden since year 2000. Sparse research has been conducted in Sweden but in the USA, where the model is more common, the research has found that women ́s satisfaction with GBAC is higher than with standard individual care (SC).
