Sammanfattning : This communication discusses some of the more common problems encountered in the chemical synthesis of oligodeoxyribonucleotides. Several new protecting groups are introduced, such as the 2-phenylsulphonylethyl and the fluoren-9-methyl, for terminal phosphodiester protection, during the block synthesis of oligodeoxyribonucleotides, following the Catlin-Cramer approach. Sammanfattning : The growth of highly pure single crystals of titanium (Ti2O3-TiO2) and vanadium (V203-V205) oxides by chemical transport reactions with TeCl4 as a transport medium is discussed. The chemical transport mechanisms, transport rates and oxidation states of the transported crystals in the titanium and vanadium oxide systems are compared. LÄS MER
