    Sammanfattning : There is a great need for developing new treatment alternatives in low grade non Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).     Sammanfattning : The main objective of this thesis was to contribute to immunomodulatory interventions that are important for the clinical outcome in patients undergoing haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and in patients with antibody deficiency or increased susceptibility to infections. Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), infections, and relapse of the underlying disease are the main complications after allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation. LÄS MER
