Sammanfattning : En undersökning av de svenska prästkandidaterna i slutet av 1970-talet visar att prästbarnen har minskat i omfång men att präster generellt sett rekryteras mer socialt brett än vid jämförbara långa akademiska utbildningar. Studien visar att det finns en spänning inom den föreställda yrkesrollen mellan en förlänad och en förvärvad syn på yrkesrollen, den s k spänningen inom prästrollens L-struktur. LÄS MER
