    Sammanfattning : The aim of the present thesis was to investigate emotional and cognitive personal and collective work-identity in predicting employees’ work-related motivation, organizational justice perceptions, general mental health and exhaustion; as well as if psychosocial working conditions might explain some of these relationships. A growing share of the modern workforce is made up by individuals who do not settle for a single-occupation career but instead opt for more flexible and diverse working arrangements, often combining entrepreneurship with an existing work role.
