    Sammanfattning : The aim of this dissertation is to examine how the concept of home is constructed in novels by Swedish female authors from the early 20th century.     Sammanfattning : This study explores attitudes towards women’s music-making in ancient Rome (c. 120 BC–130 AD), as expressed in love poetry, satire, letters, historiography, biography, rhetoric and philosophy.     Sammanfattning : Women´s emancipation created and was created by modernity. During the Swedish interwar period this process was depicted in contemporaneous novels written by and about women. These novels make up about three per cent of the fictional prose published at the time, but they still constitute a blind spot in Swedish literary history. LÄS MER
