    Sammanfattning : This thesis deals with the problem of training people in companies, from workers to managers, who are in need of a good understanding of the problem situation at work in order to reach appropriate, effective decisions. This research has had two main goals since it started in 1992: (i) To develop a training method which might be used to facilitate the individual and organisational learning process of its participants, and (ii) To test and evaluate this method through several empirical case studies in different companies.     Sammanfattning : Biotic and abiotic elicitors induce biosynthesis of secondary metabolites (phytoalexins) as a defense against pathogenic organisms in plants. The use of cell suspension cultures in combination with elicitors offer excellent experimental model systems for studies on various elicitor-induced responses of plant tissues. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The mining method used in the Kiirunavaara Mine induces failure in the hangingwall which caves and subsides by the effect of stress relaxation and gravity. Since the orebody is dipping towards the city of Kiruna, surface disturbances are approaching the town as mining proceeds to a greater depth. LÄS MER
