   Sammanfattning : There is a need to explore insomnia among patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD), since they have increased risk for disease deterioration, poor quality of life and a shorter lifetime expectancy.    Sammanfattning : Essay 1 Smallholder Income Diversification in Zambia: The Way Out of Poverty? This paper investigates the relationship between income diversification (combinations of farm income, agricultural wage work, non-agricultural wage work, and own-business income) and income within Zambian smallholder households. Shifting to a higher degree of diversification is found to be associated with getting higher income per laborer. LÄS MER
