1. Copper(I) Alkoxides and Aryloxides
Sammanfattning : Copper(I) alkoxides and aryloxides have been prepared from mesitylcopper(I) and alcohols or phenols. The solid state structures of the alkoxides and aryloxides are .my.2- and/or . LÄS MER
2. Stereo and regio controlled halogenation, and synthesis of low molecular weight carbohydrates
Sammanfattning : The regio- and stereoselective introduction of halogens as well as unsaturation into carbohydrates is investigated with triphenylphosphine - halide systems. Three different glycosidation methods are presented. LÄS MER
3. Synthesis of 11C-labelled monosaccharides
Sammanfattning : The synthesis of some 11C-labelled (tl/2=20.3 min) monosaccharides is presented. Terminal labelled alkenes were synthesized and selectively oxidized using asymmetric dihydroxylation (AD) and palladium(II)-promoted oxidation. The labelled polyols obtained after the AD were submitted to enzymatic oxidations. LÄS MER
4. Studies on the synthesis of nucleotide analogues containing P-F and P-Se bonds
Sammanfattning : In the present work, new synthetic approaches to the synthesis of nucleoside phosphorofluoridate and phosphorofluoridothioate diesters have been developed. These procedures involve either oxidative transformation of the corresponding H-phosphonate or H-phosphonothioate diesters in the presence of fluoride anion or iodine-promoted desulfurization of phosphorothioate or phosphorodithioate diesters in the presence of fluoride anion. 5. Phosphine ligands with triamine functionality - preparation and application in catalysis
Sammanfattning : Incorporation of the triamine, bis(2-diethylaminoethyl) amine as a side chain substituent on triphenylphosphine, (2S,4S)-4-diphenylphosphino-2-diphenylphosphino-methylpyrrolidine (PPM) or (R,R)-3,4-bis(diphenylphosphin)pyrrolidine (Pyrphos) gives the three new amphiphilic ligands N3P, N3PPM and N3-Pyrphos respectively. Because of the triamine functionality the distribution of the ligands and their complexes between water and an organic solvent is controlled by the pH of the aqueous phase. LÄS MER
