   Sammanfattning : Periprosthetic bone resorbtion (osteolysis) and aseptic loosening constitute the major long-term complication in total hip arthroplasty. It has been suggested that osteolysis is the result of the action of osteoclasts generated by prosthetic wear-debris-triggered macrophages. LÄS MER
