    Sammanfattning : The main aim of the research is to explore different aspects of organisational resilience in escalating situations, with an investigation of both theoretical and practical implications. From the platform of an explorative approach, this study makes use of naturalistic research in the domain of health care and experimental simulation studies, in order to establish a broad theoretical framework vis-à-vis the processes of escalation.     Sammanfattning : Syftet med föreliggande avhandlingsarbete är att få större kunskap om några av förutsättningarna för förskolans pedagogiska verksamhet och få veta mer om vad som faktiskt sker ute i förskolans barngrupper. I avhandlingen kartläggs tolv förskollärares föreställningar om förskolan och uppfattningar om arbete, lek och inlärning samt hur de agerar i barngrupp med avseende på dessa begrepp. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The overall aim of this prospective observational study with a salutogenic approach was to investigate bone mineral density (BMD) and BMD changes in the heel bone, in a group of healthy women, in relation to physiological factors and lifestyle behaviours over a two-year period as well as investigating the women’s view of their lifestyle behaviours.
