1. L'alternance codique dans l'enseignement du FLE : Étude quantitative et qualitative de la production orale d'interlocuteurs suédophones en classe de lycée
Sammanfattning : The aim of the present study is, firstly, to investigate the amount of Swedish and French that is produced by teachers and students in the foreign language classroom and, secondly, to examine in which situations the interlocutors code-switch and for what purposes the two languages are used. The study is based on empirical data consisting of audio recordings of interactions taking place in two different classrooms in Sweden. LÄS MER
2. Low Power and Low complexity Constant Multiplication using Serial Arithmetic
Sammanfattning : The main issue in this thesis is to minimize the energy consumption per operation for the arithmetic parts of DSP circuits, such as digital filters. More specific, the focus is on single- and multiple-constant multiplication using serial arithmetic. The possibility to reduce the complexity and energy consumption is investigated. LÄS MER
3. Svenska i engelskspråkig skolmiljö : Ämnesrelaterat språkbruk i två gymnasieklasser

4. Regulation and mechanism of mating-type switching in Kluyveromyces lactis
Sammanfattning : Transposable elements (TEs) have had immense impact on the structure, function and evolution of eukaryotic genomes. The work in this thesis identified Kat1, a novel domesticated DNA transposase of the hAT family in the yeast Kluyveromyces lactis. Kat1 triggers a genome rearrangement that results in a switch of mating type from MATa to MATα. LÄS MER
5. Immunoglobulin isotype switching in health and disease
Sammanfattning : Immunoglobulin isotype switching is the process where the Cmy region, initially located downstream of the VDJ region is replaced by another constant region gene. Class switch recombination takes place between switch (S) regions, composed of tandem repeats of short unit sequences, located 5 of each CH gene, except for Cdelta. LÄS MER
