    Sammanfattning : Målet med avhandlingen är att bidra till ökad kunskap om hur arbetet i svensk parkförvaltning fungerar. För att förstå den komplexa verklighet som arbetet i parkförvaltning innebär, ställdes följande forskningsfrågor:Hur ser arbetet i svensk parkförvaltning ut med avseende på samspelet mellan parkarbetare och tjänstemän?Hur uppfattas biologisk mångfald, relaterat till parkskötsel, av parkförvaltare?Tre parkförvaltningar har studerats ingående avseende arbetet på de taktiska och operativa nivåerna.     Sammanfattning : With a certain definition of ”networks”, “trust” and “change” this thesis makes new inroads into the historiography of bilateral church relations. Applied to the ambitions of establishing a deeper connection between the Church of Sweden and the Church of England, it’s aim is to show how a social network of leaders – mostly bishops and priests – from both churches came to be the formative centre of what can only be described as an informal but still legitimate relationship that eventually would lead to a formal ”alliance of some sort”.     Sammanfattning : There is an ongoing debate both in the United States and Europe about the need to develop a broader view of scholarship and the different activities connected with it, including “service to the community”. In Sweden, service takes the form of practice-oriented engagement and collaboration with the surrounding community, as stipulated by Swedish law regulating universities’ activities. LÄS MER
