    Sammanfattning : GaN belongs to the group III nitrides and is today the material of choice for efficient blue light emission, enabling solid state white lighting by combining red, blue and green light emitting diodes (LED) or by having a blue LED illuminating a phosphor.     Sammanfattning : Syntheses and crystal structures of nine new copper(I) complexes and one novel mixed-valence copper(I/II) complex are reported: two homoleptic phenoxides and eight complexes with N-donor ligands. The copper(I) and the copper(I/II) phenoxide complexes have been prepared by reactions between mesitylcopper(I) and 2-allyl-6-methylphenol in toluene. LÄS MER
