  1. 1. Phosphorylation in State Transition Less cause more effect

    Detta är en avhandling från University of Umeå : Department of Plant Physiology

    Författare :Jakob Damkjaer; Jansson Stefan; Eva-Mari Aro; [2011]
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Photosynthesis; Photoacclimation; State Transtion; LHCII Phosphorylation; Lhcb3; Lhcb6; NATURAL SCIENCES Biology Organism biology Plant physiology; NATURVETENSKAP Biologi Organismbiologi Växtfysiologi; molekylärbiologi; Molecular Biology;

    Sammanfattning : Study of the Arabidopsis thaliana knockout mutant lacking Lhcb3 (koLhcb3) have revealed a close similarity to the wild type plants. Growth rate, NPQ, qP, Φ(PSII), circular dichroism spectra, pigment composition and content of LCHII trimers have been found to be unaffected by this mutation. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Ground and Excited State Aromaticity Design Tools for π-Conjugated Functional Molecules and Materials

    Detta är en avhandling från Uppsala : Acta Universitatis Upsaliensis

    Författare :Christian Dahlstrand; Henrik Ottosson; Miguel Solà; [2012]
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; fulvene; fulvalene; polyfulvene; aromaticity; triplet state; excited state; Clar structure; polybenzenoid hydrocarbons PBH ; conjugated polymers; computational chemistry; optical spectroscopy; Kemi med inriktning mot organisk kemi; Chemistry with specialization in Organic Chemistry;

    Sammanfattning : The main focus of this thesis is on the aromaticity of the ground state and electronically excited states of π-conjugated molecules and polymers, as well as how aromaticity is connected to their properties.The electronic structures of polybenzenoid hydrocarbons (PBHs) were explored through density functional theory (DFT) calculations and the π-component of the electron localization function (ELFπ). Sammanfattning : This thesis studies youth from different perspectives. These are the life phaseand the generational perspectives, which have been studied via questions of establishment and individualisation. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Electronic transitions and correlation effects From pure elements to complex materials

    Detta är en avhandling från Linköping : Linköping University Electronic Press

    Författare :Johan Jönsson; Igor A. Abrikosov; Marcus Ekholm; Sergei Dudarev; [2020]
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Electronic transition; solid state physics; condensed matter physics; correlation effects;

    Sammanfattning : Macroscopic properties of real materials, such as conductivity, magneticproperties, crystal structure parameters, etc. are closely related or evendetermined by the configuration of their electrons, characterized by electronicstructure. By changing the conditions, e.g, pressure, temperature, magnetic/electric field, chemical doping, etc. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Workload transitions and stress changes over time

    Detta är en avhandling från Norfolk, VA, USA : Old Dominion University

    Författare :Erik Prytz; Mark Scerbo; [2014]
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; human factors; workload transition; stress; workload;

    Sammanfattning : Workload transitions are situations where operators are suddenly confronted with levels of workload substantially different from previously established levels. Workload transitions may affect the operators' state of stress and coping behaviors but previous research has not conclusively demonstrated the nature of those. LÄS MER
