2. Depression among Adolescents : Measurement and diagnosis, Environmental factors, and Genetics
Sammanfattning : Depression is a common disorder and a major cause of disability. The prevalence of depression in adolescents is 12-25%. The use of valid instruments in psychiatric assessment contributes to diagnostic validity and consistency. LÄS MER
3. Keeping up with retinal photoreceptors and horizontal cells : Labelling and mapping of cells in the normal and diseased embryonic chicken retina
Sammanfattning : The childhood eye cancer retinoblastoma originates from the retina and its development is initiated while the foetus is in the uterus. Retinoblastoma has a reported incidence of 1 in 15-18 000 live births, and approximately 90% of all patients are diagnosed before the age of 5. LÄS MER
4. Charged current quasi-elastic muon neutrino interactions in the Baby MIND detector
Sammanfattning : The T2K long-baseline neutrino experiment in Japan is designed to study neutrino oscillations, to determine the mixing angles and mass-squared difference of the neutrino mass eigenstates and, potentially, to discover CP violation in neutrinos by comparing neutrino to antineutrino oscillations. In the near detector complex 280 m downstream of the produc- tion target at the Japanese Particle Accelerator Research Centre (J-PARC), the WAGASCI experiment will measure the ratio of cross sections from neutrinos interacting with a water and scintillator targets, in order to constrain neutrino cross sections essential for the T2K neutrino oscillation measurements. 5. Towards Resilient and Reconfigurable Software-defined Wireless Backhaul Networks
Sammanfattning : The increase of mobile devices and services over the last decade has led to unprecedented mobile traffic growth. To cope with the increasing demands, fifth generation (5G) network architectures have been designed to provide the required capacity using a large number of small cells (SCs). LÄS MER
