Sammanfattning : The research described in the present thesis was focused on the influence of food ingredients and structures on the partition and release of aroma compounds from model systems such as soft drinks, jam, and jellied sweets. Sammanfattning : The Hampshire breed was introduced as the terminal sire in Swedish slaughter pigs in the 1970s, mainly to reduce stress susceptibility and associated problems of meat quality, such as the meat being pale, soft and exudative (PSE). 4. On dental erosion and associated factors
Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was to explore aspects of dental erosion by investigating its prevalence among young Saudi men and young children, develop a system for its assessment and to evaluate various tentative background factors that may be associated with its occurrence. Saudi military inductees (n = 95) were subjected to questionnaire and clinical examination, including recordings of severity of dental erosion and a number of other oral health parameters. LÄS MER

Sammanfattning : Togwa, a lactic-fermented cereal gruel, is widely consumed in Tanzania as a soft drink or used as a complementary food for young children.
