    Sammanfattning : The aim of this dissertation is to examine the implementation of the Addiction Severity Index (ASI) in social services and how it affects the encounter between the clients and their social workers. As structured interviews are unusual in social service based addiction care there is concern that they will have negative consequences on the relation between the social workers and their clients.
