The following are major questions that were posed: How do preschool staff members talk about themselves, their profession and their work?     Sammanfattning : Studiens syfte är att studera och analysera hur fostransuppdraget beskrivs i centralt, regionalt och lokalt producerade texter relaterade till en förskoleklass i ett mångetniskt urbant område. Forskningsfrågorna är: Vem beskrivs som utföraren? Hur beskrivs utförandet? Hur beskrivs det önskade resultatet? Hur kan relationen mellan de olika texterna beskrivas?
