   Sammanfattning : INTRODUCTION: The cornerstone of treatment of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and dual antiplatelet therapy (DAT) with aspirin and the ADP-receptor inhibitor clopidogrel.
