  1. 1. Tailing Charges on New Paths : Ultrafast intramolecular charge transfer in chromophores

    Författare :Belinda Pettersson Rimgard; Leif Hammarström; Oliver S. Wenger; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; intramolecular charge transfer; interligand electron transfer; electron transfer; proton transfer; concerted electron-proton transfer; Marcus inverted region; solvent; temperature; femtosecond spectroscopy; proton-coupled energy transfer; Chemistry with specialization in Physical Chemistry; Kemi med inriktning mot fysikalisk kemi;

    Sammanfattning : By tailing charges on their paths within a molecule, one can gain fundamental knowledge of their inherent reactivity. The charges, originally residing in their lowest energy configuration, can upon light absorption move across the system, or transfer in between them. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Stadens sopor : Tillvaratagande, förbränning och tippning i Stockholm 1900-1975

    Sammanfattning : This thesis describes two different sample preparation strategies for inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), and their ability regarding multi element quantification in complex samples. Sensitivity, repeatability, reproducibility and accuracy were investigated. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Fri översättning i det medeltida Västnorden

    Författare :Jonatan Pettersson; Rune Palm; Anna-Malin Karlsson; Stefanie Gropper; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :HUMANIORA; HUMANITIES; Translation studies; medieval translation; free translation; translator’s role; translation history; Alexanders saga; Old Norse; Alexandreis; Latin; systemic functional linguistics; Scandinavian languages; Nordiska språk; Scandinavian Languages; nordiska språk;

    Sammanfattning : In this thesis, medieval free translation is explored as a text-producing practice as it appears in Alexanders saga, a 13th century Old Norse translation of the medieval Latin epic Alexandreis. The practice is investigated through analyses of (1) the rendering of the source text and (2) the translator’s role in making the target text. LÄS MER
