5. Electromagnetic simulation and design of etched diffraction grating demultiplexers
Sammanfattning : Among various planar lightwave circuits for multiplexing/demultiplexing in an optical communication system, etched diffraction gratings (EDGs) have shown great potential due to their compactness and high spectral finesse.
