    Sammanfattning : Background: This thesis supports the assumption that firefighters’ health and mental well-being is important, in order to cope with the stress that the profession implies. As health is an essential part of everyday life, it seems substantially to understand how an almost exclusively male workforce of firefighters construct their discourse in relation to health and well-being.     Sammanfattning : The major part of care in type 2 diabetes is in the hands of the patient so the focus of educational interventions should be on the person behind the disease.     Sammanfattning : The aim of the study is to describe, analyse and understand the meanings that can be extracted from the fictive stories and drawings produced by a group 13-14 year old girls’ and dealing with their future family life. The stories and drawings are ‘read’ as the girls’ reflections and fantasies in dialogue with their culture about different ways of being and living as grown women. LÄS MER
