21. Implementation and evaluation of problem-based learning in general practice
Sammanfattning : The Faculty of Health Sciences, Linköping, Sweden, started the reformedmedical curriculum in 1986. Problem-based Learning as an educational method was introduced into the entire curriculum. It was a response to requests for community-orientation by increasing the involvement of general practice. 22. Interpretable machine learning models for predicting with missing values
Sammanfattning : Machine learning models are often used in situations where model inputs are missing either during training or at the time of prediction. If missing values are not handled appropriately, they can lead to increased bias or to models that are not applicable in practice without imputing the values of the unobserved variables. LÄS MER
23. Linguistically Informed Neural Dependency Parsing for Typologically Diverse Languages
Sammanfattning : This thesis presents several studies in neural dependency parsing for typologically diverse languages, using treebanks from Universal Dependencies (UD). The focus is on informing models with linguistic knowledge. LÄS MER
24. Deep learning approaches for image cytometry: assessing cellular morphological responses to drug perturbations
Sammanfattning : Image cytometry is the analysis of cell properties from microscopy image data and is used ubiquitously in basic cell biology, medical diagnosis and drug development. In recent years deep learning has shown impressive results for many image cytometry tasks, including image processing, segmentation, classification and detection. LÄS MER
25. Den svårfångade motionären : En studie avseende etablerandet av regelbundna motionsvanor
Sammanfattning : The purpose of this descriptive study is to examine and describe the process of establishing regular physical exercising habits in the form of jogging, and in the context of this process, to describe the hindrance factors that stand in the way of establishing such habits; also to describe the effects and experiences, in a wide sense, of recurrent physical activities and how these effects change over time. A second purpose is to look more closely at the factors that influence the situation for women who want to take up regular physical training habits. LÄS MER
