    Sammanfattning : The issues of the study are: How do the assistant principals face the work as school leaders? Which demands of competence do the new school leaders face? Which needs of competence development exist for new school leaders? In the school studied the organization of the management was changed from one principal and one director of studies to one principal and six assistant principals.     Sammanfattning : Overall aims of the present thesis were to study the prevalence and psychosocial impact of recurrent headache within a school population in comparison with other types of pain and to examine the use and efficacy of various coping strategies. Further aims were to compare the effects of relaxation treatment among adolescents with recurrent headache to a waiting-list control group, and finally to examine the efficacy of relaxation training administered in a school setting.     Sammanfattning : Conclusion: Interdisciplinary cooperation in the treatment of patients with acute lateral epicondylalgia benefits the patients by shortening the rehabilitation period and provides health care professionals the opportunity for an improved learning and exchanging experiences. There was a strong will to cooperate and the risks of side effects with corticosteroid injections and NSAID are well-known although they are the most common treatments. LÄS MER
