    Sammanfattning : I arbete I och II var syftet att undersöka hur unga vuxna definierade sina problem, vilken hjälp de önskade och vad som gjorde att de började i behandling. Sju kvinnor mellan 18 och 25 år intervjuades om när de sökte hjälp första gången. Arbete I innebar en beskrivande analys av vägen till behandling. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Background: Long-term sick leaves due to common mental disorders (CMDs)are common in Sweden today, especially among women. Return-to-work (RTW) support usually includes work-related factors and treatment for the CMD. In the REGASSA study a 12 week treatment of mild to moderate depression and stress-related mental Health problems using Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (ICBT) and physical exercise (PE) was compared with treatment as usual (TAU).     Sammanfattning : The central issue is to increase knowledge of women's and men's mental wellbeing when their child is about to be born, as seen from four aspects relevant to maternity and child health care centres. Major psychological theories are the attachment theory and the affect theory, health psychology with theories on nervous tension, vulnerability, coping and individual resources, clinical psychology to understand mental divergencies, crisis theory to understand reactions, taking the individual's subjective experience and personal definitions of reactions and needs into consideration.
