15. Cyclooxygenase activity and tumor progression
Sammanfattning : Invasive growth of malignant tumors is associated with local and systemic inflammation, which may promote progression and metastases. Inflammation is also responsible for appearing manifestations of advanced cancer as fatigue, anorexia and wasting with eicosanoids, proinflammatory cytokines and nitric oxide as mediators. LÄS MER
