    Sammanfattning : Against a background of projects carried out, the aim of this thesis is to investigate whatit is that regulates the project dialogue and how this can be described when applied tofacts and value assessments in the management of construction projects and the endusers’physical and perceived environments. This problem has partly involved testing astructure for describing concrete situations and partly investigating certain theoreticalprerequisites that can be assumed to exist in such a description.
