   Sammanfattning : Cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes have well characterized functions in disposition and pharmacokinetics of xenobiotics as well as in biosynthesis and/or metabolism of endogenous compounds, such as steroid hormones, bile acids, arachidonic acid and its derivatives.
