    Sammanfattning : While autonomous robot systems are becoming increasingly common, their usage is still mostly limited to rather simple tasks. This primarily results from the need for manually programming the execution plans of the robots.     Sammanfattning : This study has developed a tool for explaining why employees fail to speak up with regard to work related criticism; there is a hidden policy of silence that teaches employees to remain silent.
