    Sammanfattning : This dissertation aims at showing that Chrétien de Troyes' Conte du Graal does not, as often affirmed, uphold traditional chivalrous values, but discloses a problematic ideology, mostly as a result of multiple interactions at the textual level. In order to examine ideology, Le Conte du Graal is analysed in the light of the poetics elaborated by Vincent Jouve in his Poétique des valeurs (2001). LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : In this dissertation Transformation, as understood in South Africa, is investigated in the ‘Natal Museum’ and the ‘Msunduzi Museum Incorporating the Voortrekker Complex’ in terms of socio-political structures, the museum as a place, its collections and displays. I have emphasised the ethnographical perspective and analysed it by using key concepts such as new museology, time, space and place. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning :  This thesis provides an analysis of audience responses to four case study films, Amélie (Le Fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain, 2001), The Dreamlife of Angels (La Vie rêvée des anges, 1998), Faithless (Trolösa, 2000) and Show Me Love (Fucking Åmål, 1998).
