    Sammanfattning : Primary fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) is a rare and aggressive gynecologic malignancy and it accounts for less than 5% of all genital female cancers according to the Swedish Cancer Registry.     Sammanfattning : We studied the effects of repetitive low-dose UVA1 radiation and visible light in normal sunshielded skin, using immunohistochemical staining for p53, p21WAF-1, bcl-2, Ki67 and cyclin A. An increased expression of Ki67 after UVA1 and visible light were observed as a sign of increased proliferation. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Cysteinyl leukotrienes (LTC4, LTD4 and LTE4) are potent pro-inflammatory lipids derived from arachidonic acid and mediate their effect through CysLT1R and CysLT2R. There is a strong correlation between long-standing inflammatory bowel disease where these pro-inflammatory mediators are abundant and colorectal cancer. LÄS MER
