  1. 1. Kulturkontakter i Sydskandinavien under mesolitikum : Hantverkstraditioner, råmaterialval och mobilitet för 9000 år sedan, med utgångspunkt från Norje Sunnansund i Blekinge

    Författare :Mathilda Kjällquist; Joakim Wehlin; Kjel Knutsson; Sara Gummesson; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :HUMANIORA; HUMANITIES; Mesolithic; lithic technology; osseous technology; strontium isotope analysis; crafting traditions; mobility; social networks; Mesolitikum; Norje Sunnansund; litisk teknologi; benhantverk; strontiumisotopanalyser; hantverkstraditioner; mobilitet; sociala nätverk;

    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis is to investigate different scales of mobility and social networks in Southern Scandinavia around 7000 BC. An essential basis for this work is the hypothesis that the conical core pressure blade technology, a specific method for producing lithic blades, reached Scandinavia from the east. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The biological mechanisms involved in bone regeneration in osteoporotic bone and the effect of antiresorptive drugs in relation to surgically inserted biomaterials are not fully understood. Improved osseointegration of titanium implants but also adverse effects of antiresorptive therapies, such as osteonecrotic jaw have been described in the literature. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Mended by masticates : A study of archaeogenetic proxies of migration, settlement and health in North Eurasian Mesolithic

    Sammanfattning : A joint archaeogenetic perspective integrates diverse lines of evidence from archaeology and paleogenetics to advance our understanding of human prehistory. In this thesis I contribute to the corpus of archaeogenetic data by producing and analysing ancient genomic data from osseous and masticated material. LÄS MER
