   Sammanfattning : Wilson's disease (WD), bepatolenticular degeneration, is an autosomal recessive disorder caused by mutations in the ATP7B gene, and is characterised by abnormal metabolism and deposition of copper in the liver, brain and other organs.    Sammanfattning : Abstract Aims To investigate the frequency of ophthalmological abnormalities, the need and timing of eye-care interventions as well as incidence, aetiology and neurological/neuropsychological outcomes in children with hydrocephalus needing surgical treatment during the first year of life.
