    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Spherical graphite iron; component casting; high silicon ductile iron; digital image correlation DIC ; in-situ tensile testing; in-situ cyclic testing; DIC pattern generation; pit etching; micro-scale deformation; micro-crack; finite element analysis FEA ; focused ion beam FIB milling; segjärn; komponentgjutning; högkisellegerat segjärn; digital image correlation DIC ; insitu dragprovning; in-situ cyklisk provning; DIC-mönstergenerering; grop-etsning; mikroskalig deformation; mikrosprickor; finite element analys FEA ; fokuserad jonstråle FIB avverkning;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis focuses on the effect of microstructural variation on the mechanical properties and deformation behavior of ductile iron. To research and determine these effects, two grades of ductile iron, (i) GJS-500-7 and (ii) high silicon GJS-500-14, were cast in a geometry containing several plates with different section thicknesses in order to produce microstructural variation. 2. 2. Workplace relationships as health-promoting resources at work

    Författare :Sophie Schön Persson; Allmänmedicin och samhällsmedicin; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Health and well-being; Workplace health promotion; Workplace relationships; Salutogenic;

    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis was to explore workplace relations as resources for health and well-being from a salutogenic perspective. The number of elderly people is increasing in the population and elderly care has already a strained workload, why it is urgent to pay more attention to the salutogenic aspects for employees’ in elderly care. 4. 4. Saving lives during major underground mining incidents : becoming prepared for a collaborative response

    Författare :Sofia Karlsson; Magnus Hultin; Britt-Inger Saveman; Lina Gyllencreutz; Erna Danielsson; Umeå universitet; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Major incidents; preparedness; collaboration; underground mine fires; emergency medical service; rescue service; mining company; full-scale exercises; collaboration project;

    Sammanfattning : Background: Major incidents in underground mines are uncommon, but they can have severe consequences. In Sweden, the municipal rescue service and the regional emergency medical service (EMS) are dispatched to mining incidents, and together with the privately owned/state owned mineral and metalliferous mining company they perform a rescue operation.
