    Sammanfattning : The aim of the present thesis was to investigate emotional and cognitive personal and collective work-identity in predicting employees’ work-related motivation, organizational justice perceptions, general mental health and exhaustion; as well as if psychosocial working conditions might explain some of these relationships.     Sammanfattning : In the light of the limited research on the subject of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) in a Swedish context, this thesis has contributed with knowledge of the effectiveness and experiences of IPS among persons with severe mental illness (SMI) living in Sweden.
