    Sammanfattning : Gender remains a key predictor of vocational choice. The present thesis aimed to investigate three social psychological barriers to nontraditional career choice. The aim was also to make sense of the role of a workplace health promotion (WHP) process, in a salutogenic public health perspective, and develop useful instruments for this kind of health-related development work.
