The disease primarily involves salivary and lacrimal glands which results in oral and ocular dryness (sicca symptoms). A wide spectrum of extraglandular features from various organs may be seen.     Sammanfattning : The overall aim of this qualitative study was to explore the function of religion and volunteer workers in religious organizations in contributing to the reconstruction and development of existential meaning and psychosocial well-being regarding the 2011 Great East Japan earthquake and tsunami. This study was undertaken from the psychology of religion and approached by focusing on experiences of volunteer workers in different religious organizations who worked in the disaster-affected areas. While studies have shown that self-reported mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression are associated with job satisfaction, a large population-based study exploring and comparing self-reported physician posed diagnosed conditions and their association with job satisfaction and job tenure is missing.     Sammanfattning : Given the importance of entrepreneurship to individuals and to society, and given that the individual has come to be seen as not only an important function of social and economic processes but also as an important end of these processes, the link between entrepreneurship and well-being requires further investigation. To that end, this thesis provides a solid framework for understanding and measuring well-being in entrepreneurship, and a comprehensive theoretical and empirical examination of the intimate relationship between these two phenomena.     Sammanfattning : This thesis examines the microfoundations of flexicurity, an arrangement of policies that proponents claim can deliver a ‘win-win’ situation in the labour market. These policies include lax employment protection legislation (EPL) to provide employers the flexibility to hire and fire with ease, and others supposed to provide employees with a high level of ‘employment security’ (high ability to find new quality jobs if they lose their current job) and ‘income security’ (low likelihood of suffering economically during periods of transition between jobs).
