    Sammanfattning : Syftet med denna avhandling är att öka förståelsen av hur grovt organiskt material, sk grovdetritus, tex löv och makrofytrester, bryts ner i sjöars strandzoner. Motivet bakom intresset för detta är att små näringsfattiga sjöar i skogsrika områden ofta är beroende av tillförsel av energi utifrån och att nedbrytningen av grovdetritus är relativt lite undersökt i sjöar.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this dissertation is to discuss the two theologic anthropological concepts microcosm and steward within the World Council of Churches project called the JPIC-process - their JPIC stands for justice, peace and the integrity of creation - and to relate the two anthropological concepts to each other using a theological correlation method. After an introduction the JPIC-process, which officially took place between the General Assembly in Vancouver 1983 and the General Assembly in Canberra 1991 is described with special concern for the third sub theme the integrity of creation, and also critically analysed.     Sammanfattning : As a consequence of agricultural intensification, large areas of non-crop habitat have been lost and farmland biodiversity has declined. Previous studies have shown that the extent of non-crop habitat influences farmland biodiversity, but the relative importance of different habitat types is less well known and the contribution of small incidental habitats to landscape-scale species richness is not fully understood.     Sammanfattning : This thesis aims at characterizing the endothelin (ET) receptors in different vascular beds of man and rat. The ET-A receptor was shown to be the only contractile ET receptor present in all vascular regions, with the exception of the rat mesenteric vein where a weak ET-B receptor-mediated contraction was seen.
