    Sammanfattning : This work seeks to develop a Kantian ethical theory in terms of a general ontology of values and norms together with a metaphysics of the person that makes sense of this ontology. It takes as its starting point Kant’s assertion that a good will is the only thing that has an unconditioned value and his accompanying view that the highest good consists in virtue and happiness in proportion to virtue.     Sammanfattning : This thesis looks at present-day ecclesial use of the Bible by investigating the reception of narrative parables from the Gospel of Luke, chapters 10–15, in sermon guidelines published 1985–2013 in two periodicals aimed mainly at Church of Sweden clergy. The main problems can be expressed by the words “what”, “how” and “why”: What is received – and what is not received? How is that which is received understood? Why is the reception (and non-reception) of the Bible as it is? The introductory chapter deals with narrative parables generally and within the Gospel of Luke as well as with the genre of sermon guidelines. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The notion of the organism has a somewhat ambiguous status in Kant’s philosophy. On the one hand it belongs to natural science, on the other hand it is based on an analogy with the structure of reason. Biology therefore has a peculiar place among the sciences according to Kant: it is a natural science constituted by the use of a regulative maxim. LÄS MER
