5. Functional aspects of wobble uridine modifications in yeast tRNA
Sammanfattning : Transfer RNAs (tRNA) function as adaptor molecules in the translation of mRNA into protein. These adaptor molecules require modifications of a subset of their nucleosides for optimal function.
