   Sammanfattning : This thesis, situated in the context of francophone and maghrebian postcolonial studies, examines the impact of identity discourses on the protagonists’ subjectivity in Assia Djebar’s La Femme sans sépulture (2002) and La Disparition de la langue française (2003) and Nina Bouraoui’s Garçon manqué (2000) and Mes mauvaises pensées (2005). These novels draw a parallel between two historically connected spaces, France and Algeria, and periods,  the years of the Algerian war of independence and the rise of Islamists in 1990s  Algeria.    Sammanfattning : This thesis examines the rural artists’ colony in Grez-sur-Loing and its art from the heyday of the community, 1875–1885, when artists from North America, England, Scotland, Ireland, and Scandinavia were gathering in the French village.    Sammanfattning : In the context of interior noise reduction, the present work aims at proposing Finite Element (FE) solution strategies for interior structural-acoustic applications including 3D modelling of homogeneous and isotropic poroelastic materials, under timeharmonic excitations, and in the low frequency range. A model based on the Biot-Allard theory is used for the poroelastic materials, which is known to be very costly in terms of computational resources. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : Abstract Based on the assumption that any language, and particularly verbal communication, seeks, deliberately or not, to have an impact on others, our study is as a reflection on the power of language in general and especially of verbal language, in establishing inter-community and inter-subjective relations in Diderot’s posthumous novel The Nun. Therefore, our analysis aims to examine deliberate and spontaneous strategies that assign power and authority to the speech.
