Sammanfattning : Syfte: Avhandlingen syftar till att följa upp, beskriva samt generera tentativ teori om pågående förändringsprocesser inom hälso- och sjukvården på såväl makronivå genom studier av sjukhusfusioner som mikronivå genom studier av delat ledarskap.
