Sammanfattning : This sociology of law dissertation studies parts of the Swedish work environment regulations: the employer’s internal control of the work environment (nowadays systematic work environment activities) and the labour inspectorate’s auditing of internal control within the municipalities’ care of the elderly. The aim of the study is to investigate whether and to what extent the actors of the implementation process understand, are willing and able to implement internal control in the blocks of service flats studied in the selected municipalities and how it can be understood or explained. 3. Co-operation in vocational rehabilitation : methods in multiprofessional cross-sector group meetings and effects on employment
Sammanfattning : The overall aim of the thesis was to acquire an increased knowledge of co-operation between different rehabilitation actors in the provision of vocational rehabilitation (VR). One aim was to investigate the differences in effects on employment between clients rehabilitated according to a systematic multi-professional cross-sector co-operation model (SMCVR) and clients subjected to conventional co-operation. Sammanfattning : Law should be the expression of the collective will, and the regulative sphere becomes therefore a highly consensual field supposed to reflect generally agreed norms and values. Although it is generally admitted that genetic and biotechnology developments can contribute to immense benefits within the health-care sector, the exponential globalisation trend and the rapid pace of scientific and technological developments in the field of modern biotechnology makes it however increasingly difficult to substantiate the ideal content of law.
