   Sammanfattning : In this thesis a variety of sampling methods have been utilised to assess the amount of deposited activity, mainly of Cs-137, from the Chernobyl accident and from the nuclear weapons tests. Starting with the Chernobyl accident in 1986 sampling of air and rain was used to determine the composition and amount of radioactive debris from this accident, brought to southern Sweden by the weather systems.    Sammanfattning : This thesis deals with different types of chiral fields. The properties of fermion masses are investigated from different poits of view, both within the Standard Model and in extensions of the model. It is shown how mass matrix invariants are used to define the measurables of the quark mixing matrix as invariant functions of the mass matrices. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : With a certain definition of ”networks”, “trust” and “change” this thesis makes new inroads into the historiography of bilateral church relations. Applied to the ambitions of establishing a deeper connection between the Church of Sweden and the Church of England, it’s aim is to show how a social network of leaders – mostly bishops and priests – from both churches came to be the formative centre of what can only be described as an informal but still legitimate relationship that eventually would lead to a formal ”alliance of some sort”.
