   Sammanfattning : The overall aim of this licentiate thesis was to describe fathers' experiences of having an infant born prematurely, with specific focuses on fathers' experiences from the birth and the experiences of being a father to a prematurely born infant. Qualitative research interviews were conducted with eight fathers of prematurely born infants, and their infant had been cared for at a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). LÄS MER

Despite the increasing focus on child participation, their approaches and their demands are in many aspects controversial and they are often met with suspicion among diverse actors involved in the discourse of child labour.    Sammanfattning : This dissertation investigated electrophysiological measures of individual differences in toddlers’ ability to learn novel object labels and process familiar object words and their referents. The studies measured both visual and auditory event-related potentials (ERPs) in response to pictures of objects and words in a longitudinal sample of 20- to 24-month-olds, an age of dynamic vocabulary development.
