    Sammanfattning : The thiopurines (6-mercaptopurine [6-MP], 6-thioguanine and azathioprine) are cytotoxic drugs used in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), inflammatory bowel diseases, certain autoimmune diseases and after transplantation.
