  1. 1. Gardens in the Wasteland : Christian Formation in Three Swedish Church Plants

    Författare :Björn Asserhed; Joel Halldorf; Stefan Paas; Peter Ward; Avdelningen för religionsvetenskap och teologi Enskilda Högskolan Stockholm; []
    Nyckelord :HUMANIORA; HUMANITIES; Church planting; Christian formation; Secularisation; Practical theology; Situated learning theory; Identity; församlingsplantering; kristen formation; sekularisering; praktisk teologi; situerat lärande; identitet; Practical Theology including Religious Behavioural Sciences; Praktisk teologi med religionsbeteendevetenskap;

    Sammanfattning : Gardens in the Wasteland is an ethnographic study of Christian formation within three Swedish church plants working against a backdrop of advanced secularisation. The thesis analyses the formative practices employed by these church plants with the intention of forming persons towards a lived Christian identity. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Spectral Image Processing with Applications in Biotechnology and Pathology

    Författare :Milan Gavrilovic; Carolina Wählby; Ewert Bengtsson; Ingrid Carlbom; Robert Murphy; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; color theory; light microscopy; spectral imaging; image analysis; digital image processing; mathematical modeling; estimation; noise models; spectral decomposition; color decomposition; colocalization; cross-talk; autofluorescence; tissue separation; prostate cancer; biomedical applications; molecular biotechnology; histopathology; Computerized Image Processing; Datoriserad bildbehandling;

    Sammanfattning : Color theory was first formalized in the seventeenth century by Isaac Newton just a couple of decades after the first microscope was built. But it was not until the twentieth century that technological advances led to the integration of color theory, optical spectroscopy and light microscopy through spectral image processing. LÄS MER

    Författare :Anders Backlund; Ann-Cathrine Jungar; Hanna Bäck; Kaare Strøm; Södertörns högskola; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; radical right; mainstream parties; pariah parties; anti-system parties; cordon sanitaire; party strategy; government formation; anti-pacts; coalition theory; spatial theories of party competition; policy co-optation; policy dimensionality; Sweden Democrats; Sweden; Sverigedemokraterna; högerradikala partier; pariapartier; anti-systempartier; partistrategi; regeringsbildning; koalitionsteori; Politics; Economy and the Organization of Society; Politik; ekonomi och samhällets organisering;

    Sammanfattning : In recent decades, established political parties across Europe have become increasingly challenged by a new party family: the radical right. In terms of how mainstream parties respond to this challenge, Sweden has been a puzzling case both in a comparative European perspective and in light of established theories of party competition. 5. 5. 3D X-ray microscopy: image formation, tomography and instrumentation

    Författare :Mårten Selin; Hans Hertz; Chris Jacobsen; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; X-ray microscopy; image formation theory; partial coherence in imaging; wave propagation; tomography; instrumentation; Fysik; Physics;

    Sammanfattning : Tomography in soft X-ray microscopy is an emerging technique for obtaining quantitative 3D structural information about cells. One of its strengths, compared with other techniques, is that it can image intact cells in their near-native state at a few 10 nm’s resolution, without staining. LÄS MER
