    Sammanfattning : The objective of this study was to develop, test and evaluate a specifically defined interdisciplinary approach—the human-centred approach—as applied to a case study, Iron Age Öland.     Sammanfattning : In this dissertation the structure, practices and evolution of a single Pitted Ware Culture site, Ajvide on Gotland, is explored and placed within the larger Pitted Ware Culture context.     Sammanfattning : The study of ancient genomics of pre-historic human remains has in recent years offered unprecedented knowledge regarding pre-historic migration and population structure on the European continent which has fundamentally altered the current views in the archaeological community.
