1. Myten om det rationella flödet : en studie av hur organisatorisk ledning formas genom omvärldsanalys och underrättelsearbete i kunskapsintensiva företagsmiljöer
Sammanfattning : The myth of the rational flow - A study of how environmental analysis and intelligence work create organizational direction in knowledge intense business milieus The unit of study, organized intelligence work, is known under several names like business intelligence, competitive intelligence, and business environment analysis; in this study viewed as dedicated activities that are carried out inside an organization to manage insights into the relationship between the organization and its environment. The author argues that the prevailing research tradition is scientifically underdeveloped as it is biased towards a practical tradition - limiting understanding of the subject to issues mainly of efficiency. 3. Iron absorption in man - diet modification and fortification
Sammanfattning : Background: Iron (Fe) deficiency is globally the most common form of nutrient deficiency. The approach to combat this problem can be divided into two major strategies a): increasing the dietary Fe bioavailability by diet modification, or b): increasing the Fe intake through fortification. 4. Runaway-electron model development and validation in tokamaks
Sammanfattning : Magnetic confinement fusion (MCF), in which a hot plasma at more than 100 million kelvin is confined using magnetic fields, is the most successful fusion energy concept developed to date. After decades of research, MCF devices designed to demonstrate a positive net energy output are being constructed, completing a crucial milestone on the path to making fusion a commercially viable energy source. 5. Simulation and analysis of radiation from runaway electrons
Sammanfattning : Electron runaway constitutes one of the primary threats to future tokamak fusion reactors such as ITER. Successful prevention and mitigation of runaways relies on the development of theoretical models which accurately describe the dynamics of runaway electrons, and these models must in turn be validated in experiments.
